Checking the GFA header to prevent crashing on GFAv1.1 files

Patched bug in computation of 'Path.nodes.size.mean' and 'Path.nodes.size.median' : was computing mean and median of the node uid rather than the node length.
Added multithreading of path statistics retrieving for faster execution overall
